They come as shown in the photo, with different sizes of earplugs. They are made of medical silicone, I think that's what it's called, which is the kind that doesn't attract lint, they are firm and fit perfectly in the ear canal. I loved them; they are perfect for isolating noise.

No case but fine for the price. Feel comfortable when in, but may be a little uncomfortable after long use. Comes with spare tips for different sized ears

They look great and all them adaptors as well for the money you can't go wrong . Haven't tried them in water yet . But i'm sure everything will be fine .

Very fast shipping. They come with quite a few sizes of earplugs. I use them for noise. They take away quite a bit of discomfort and are easy to put on and take off. I have never used them for swimming; it gives me the impression that water will get in.

The set is good. However, medium earbuds fit me well, but here only large ones fit. They isolate sound by about 40 percent or less. Sleeping in them is comfortable, of course. We will continue to test them.
